Working Principle
● For example, charge a 48V battery (assuming that the recommended rechargeabl e voltage range is 54~58V).
● After wiring, set the starting voltage to 45V (becau se the battery voltage will be lower than 48V after normal discharge, the 45V h ere is the reference value).
● The stop voltage is set to 56V. VIN terminal detects the voltage of the battery.
● When the voltage of the battery is detected to be ove r 56V, the relay will cut off the charger and charge the battery.
● There is no need to pull out the charger by hand, and the power will be cut off automatically, which not only saves energy but also extends the service life of the battery.
Set to use
● If connected not displayed.
● Then you may not be connected to the battery, must be connected to the battery can work normally, if the motherboard can not detect the battery is not working!
● Battery charging usually uses slow charging, that is, the charging voltage is about 1.2 times of the rated voltage, and the charging current is about 1/10 of the rated capacitor of the battery, for example, the charging voltage of the 12V50AH battery is 14.4 VOLTS, and the charging current is 5A.
Set the method
● Set stop below 12.5V and start above 14V:
● Set the protection value: press "+" once to display the protection value, double c lick "+", the decimal point flashing, press "+, -" to change the value to 12.5. If n o operation is performed for 3 seconds, the module will automatically save the Settings and exit the setting mode.
● Set the return difference value: press "-" once to display the return difference value. Double-click "-" and the decimal point flashes. At this time, press "+, -" to c hange the value to 1.5. If no operation is performed for 3 seconds, the module will automatically save the Settings and exit the setting mode.
● Set stop below 10V and start above 15.5V:
● Set the protection value: press "+" once to display the protection value, double click "+", the decimal point flashing, press "+, -" to change the value to 12.5. If n o operation is performed for 3 seconds, the module will automatically save the Settings and exit the setting mode.
● Set the return difference value: press "-" once to display the return difference value. Double-click "-" and the decimal point flashes. At this time, press "+, -" to c hange the value to 1.5. If no operation is performed for 3 seconds, the module will automatically save the Settings and exit the setting mode.
Restore factory Settings:
When the power supply is disconnected, hold down two keys and power on the device. If 888 is displayed, factory Settings are restored successfully.
